Mr. Ofer Laufman is the Head of the WZO Settlement Department. Prior to this position, he served in a number of positions at the department, including the Director General of the Department.

Mr. Laufman's public experience include, amongst others, Chairmanship of the Hebrew University Students Association (1990-1991); Director at “Academon” - Publisher and book store, Hebrew University; Director at “Galshan” - Manpower company of the students association; Director at “Judaica LTD” - Center for marketing of Judaica arts in Israel and world wide (1997-2004); and Director at “Mopat Etzion LTD” - A development and manufacturing company of defense materials (2002–Present).

Mr. Laufman has a BA degree in International Affairs from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master degree in Internal and Public Controlling from Haifa University.

He serves as a Board Member since February 2008.
