Mr. Efi Stenzler is the World Chairman of the Jewish National Fund since June 2006. Efi Stenzler has been mayor of Givatayim since 1993 through 2006, having previously served as Secretary of the Givatayim Labor Council and City Manager of the Givatayim Municipality.

He holds a diploma in public administration from Bar-Ilan University.

Efi Stenzler served as a battalion commander in the paratroop brigade of the IDF. He is a member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since June 2002.
